Causeway Scrabble Challenge 2007: the countdown begins
By sonicrick78
The 6th Causeway Scrabble Challenge (CSC) will take place in Johor this coming weekend (30 November – 2 December), featuring 6 teams in the Premier division, and approximately 74 players in the Open division.
I will be updating results for the tournament round-by-round, via this blog and several other websites that will be linked from here once I have confirmed the URLs. There should be a couple of annotated games each round, and I will put up comments in the blog too.
This year I am unable to play due to work commitments in the first day of tourney. That means I should have more time to put up information for the Web audience, since I do not need to juggle playing (and occasionally helping running the tourney) and updating as I usually did. However that also means day 1 updates may be a bit delayed since I may not reach the venue until the evening. Day 2 and 3 should see full coverage.
In the meantime, I will start posting daily from today with whatever updates I have until the start of the tournament. Stay tuned.
